Demola Omotoso, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, house of representatives’ candidate in Ibadan North federal constituency, is still with Seyi Makinde, governor of Oyo State.
A group, Seyi Makinde Liberation Group, SMLG, made this known while dissociating itself from the statement issued by aggrieved members of the party in the council over the negligence in the running of the affairs of the party by the governor.

Our attention has been drawn to a fake news making the round on the social media about a meeting of some aggrieved members of our party PDP.
The news in which the name of our group Seyi Makinde Liberation Group (SMLG) is reportedly included is nothing but blatant lies that emanated from the pit of hell,a handiwork of distractors who are hellbent on creating chaos in the party.
We the member of the group dissociate ourselves from the said meeting and our convener in person of Hon. Ademola Kamil Omotoso remains a strong member of our party and ardent supporter of the progressive administration of our amiable principal Gov. Seyi Makinde.
The purveyor of this fake news are at work again the same way they deliberately announced the appointment of our convener Hon. Ademola Kamil Omotoso as the chairman governing council of the Polytechnic Ibadan prior to the official announcement from the office of his excellency .
The faceless organizers of the said meeting are nothing but people with malicious intentions to score cheap political point and poise to dent the good name of our group Seyi Makinde Liberation Group SMLG and our convener Hon Ademola Kamil Omotoso.
Hon. Ademola kamil Omotoso has never engaged in any antiparty activities,as a party man,he has contributed immensely to the success of this great party both in the past and present.Even when the party was in disarray ,he remained one of the very few leaders who never decamped to another party.
The organizer of the said meeting in person of one Mr Alade Gbemileke is never a member of SMLG, nor a spokesperson for the group. The only Gbemileke in our group is Oluwagbemileke Olawuyi. With this, our group dissociate itself from the organizers of this meeting in its entirety.
We use this medium to warn anyone that has one complain or the other to channel it through appropriate quarters in their own name and should stop using the name of our group and leader to express their grievances.
Conclusively,Sdeyi Makinde Liberation Group SMLG is in full support of the forward looking administration of our principal Gov. Seyi Makinde and the group will never do anything to the detriment of our dear party.
