Omodewu Bags ‘Political Icon Of Okeogun’ Award

Oyo State commissioner for land, housing and survey, Hon. Ajiboye Omodewu, has been adjudged as the political icon of Okeogun land.

Conferring the award on the Otu-born politician, the president of the University of Ibadan chapter of the National Association of Okeogun Students, NAOOS, Olaseni Jamiu, admonished other political office holders from the 10 local government areas of Okeogun zone of Oyo State to emulate Omedewu.

He urged them to always identify and relate with students amd youths and “be humble like Omodewu because he has been participating and contributing immensely to the success of our programmes since he became commissioner in the state.

Speaking afterwards, Omodewu advised the students to brace up, adding that they are the leaders of today and not of tomorrow. He promised to always assist the students in his own little way.
