Speaking on the Transport sector in Oyo State, Adeleye said Governor Seyi Makinde is    systematically changing this sector for Good.

“The person in the saddle is an Engineer and he knows what to do and that is why he is constructing the four bus terminals. Governor Seyi Makinde is a strategist and not a push-over. He is laying the foundation for the vision he has for the State and you can see that he is not a one sector person. You can see a Governor that is striving in the Education sector, toucging the health sector and coming to transportation, he is there. When you want to build the people or achieve things, you look at it wholistically because everything work in sync and that is what he is doing.

When asked why the fleet of Ajumose Shuttle that Makinde administration inherited from the previous government is depleting, he said, before the the Governor was elected, the fleet had started depleting due to non maintenance and when this administration came on Board, the tenure of Hon Dare Adeleke, the Executive Chairman of Pase Setter Transport Services actually increased the fleet. The buses are on the road.

He also said Agency was carrying Students before and after school hours for free in the past but that it had to stop it when the geature of the  State government was being abused by these Students. According to him, Students now pay half of their fare.

When asked when specifically, the State government will be rolling out the Omituntun Shuttles, he said only the Governor or the Executive Chairman of the Pace Setter Transport Services can answer that.
