The caretaker committee chairman of Oluyole local government area, Honourable Popoola Settle Olaide has visited a company he was locked out of as a job applicant nine years ago.
Though he did not mention the name of the company in question, Settle who OYOINSIGHT.COM learnt is on a tour, disclosed this in a post on his official facebook account.
He wrote, “Exactly 9 years ago, in the month of March, I was locked outside the gate as an applicant searching for a job at one of the reputable companies in our dear local government.
“Today, my humble self together with the management of Oluyole Local Government headed by Alhaja Abass Afusat visited the company as the representative of the good People of Oluyole local government and the same gate was wilfully opened with all pops and pleasantries.“
The young politician added that the most important lesson learned from this short occurrence is that “No condition is permanent and God’s will must not be underestimated“.
