Lateef Ganiyu, Iseyin-born justice of the Oyo State High Court, has been recommended for elevation to the court of appeal by the National Judicial Council, NJC.
At a meeting presided over by the chief justice of Nigeria and NJC hairman, Justice Kayode Ariwoola, GCON, on 14 and 15 June 2023, the council, while considering the report of its interview committee recommended 9 judges
