Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission, Professor Adeolu Akande has felicitated with His Imperial Majesty, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, the Alaafin of Oyo on his 83rd birthday celebration.
Akande in a Congratulatory message in Ibadan described the Alaafin of Oyo as a quintessential royal father.
“I wish to heartily felicitate with our revered father on this special occasion of his 83rd birthday celebration. I wish him many more fruitful years in sound health,” he stated.
The NCC boss stressed that the Alaafin of Oyo remains a repository of Yoruba culture and traditions who deserved to be celebrated by all Yoruba sons and daughters.
