At the event, organised by Silverstone Communications, 33 girls, each representing a local government, will contest to be crowned champion.
According to the President, Silverstone Communications, Mr. Isaac Brown, the event will be jointly chaired by Senator Kola Balogun and CEO, Ilaji firms, Engr. Dotun Sanusi, while the Olubadan of Ibadan, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Saliu Adetunji Aje Ogungunniso1 is the Royal Father of the day.
The Speaker, Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Debo Ogundoyin and the Chairman, Ibadan South East Local Government, Hon. Alawode Oluwole are Special Guests of Honour.
“Miss Oyo Pageant dates back to 2002, with First Ladies like Alh. Sarat Adesina, Mutiat Ladoja, Kemi Alao-Akala, Florence Ajimobi gracing previous occasions one time or the other”, Isaac Brown said.
The winner will drive home a brand new Toyota Camry donated by Engr. Dotun Sanusi among other mouth-watering prizes.
