Kola Ajadi Offers Free JAMB Forms To Indigent Students In Ibadan North West, SouthWest LGAs

Samuel Kola Ajadi has concluded plans to give out free JAMB forms to indigent students in Ibadan North West/South West federal constituency.

SKA, as the former aide of Abiola Ajimobi, late ex-governor of Oyo State is known, said it was out of his efforts to lessen his people’s burden foisted by the current economic hardship in the country.

According to him, it was one of the programme of his Samuel Kola Ajadi Foundation, SKAF, which, a Non-governmental organization, who main aim is to alleviate the sufferings of the masses through organising different impactful programmes.

He said SKAF has continued to dig wells, provide scholarships for less privileged students, donation of cash for widows as a source of empowering them, provision of dialysis machine, continuous monthly funding of different categories of people, donation of exercise books to public schools within the federal constituency? organising educational symposia for our teeming youths and lots more

The Ibadan Mogaji, who was executive chairman of Okebadan local council development area before Seyi Makinde, late Ajimobi’s successor came on board, said this year’s programme would be channeled through the leadership of his party- All progressive Congress, APC, as a form of solidarity and medium of giving back to his  immediate community by empowering the young ones.

He explained that “UNESCO recommends that for a better and quality education, 24.6 percent  of any country’s budget should be allocated to educational,” adding “and I believe it is not the sole responsibility of the government. It should be our collective efforts, we must contribute our quota and I must contribute mine and that is the philosophy.

Eligibility of the Beneficiaries

– Targeted at Indigent and brilliant students in Ibadan Northwest and Southwest federal constituency, Ibadan, Oyo state.

– Fully sponsored JAMB forms with registration and CBT training for beneficiaries

– Applicants to posses minimum educational qualifications.

– Applicants will be required to pass a mock examination.

Date for the distribution of the forms will be communicated soonest.
