In a bid to make the oppositoon parties in Oyo State align against the All Progressives Congress, APC, ahead of the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Engr Seyi Makinde, today visited the Ondo street, Bodija residence of former governor Rashidi Ladoja.
At the meeting were governorship candidate of the Zenith Labour Party, ZLP, Barr. Sharafadeen Alli and representatives of Sen. Olufemi Lanlehin of the African Democratic Congress, ADC.
OYO INSIGHT recalled how former governor Adebayo Alao-Akala who is the governorship candidate of the Action Democratic Party, ADP, convened a meeting of opposition governorship candidates last week at his Awosika, Bodija residence.
Though details of the meeting were sketchy as at press time, this newspaper learnt that the three parties will come up with a candidate to be supported by all during the governorship election.
