The Oyo State chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has a new chairman. He is Isaac Omodewu.
Though he and others were announced through affirmation, OYOINSIGHT.COM learnt that there are counter reaction. It was reported that four of the committee members were absent.
Omodewu, who was commissioner during the administration of late former governor Abiola Ajimobi, hails from Itesiwaju local government like his Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, counterpart, Dayo Ogungbenro.
Mutiu Agboke, the resident electoral commissioner, who personally monitored the exercise said no parallel congress took place in the state.
