Last Night, former House of Representatives member Hon. Kamil Akinlabi was spotted at the Awosika, Bodija Residence of Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala.
He was seen approaching the former Governor’s Ibadan home around 11.45pm.
Inside source told OYO INSIGHT said the ex-Lawmaker and the former governor were later joined by former senate leader Teslim Folarin at about 1.30am accompanied by another politician whose identity was unconfirmed till the very late into the night when the duo left together in Senator Folarin’s Toyota landcruiser jeep for another round of meetings.
Investigations revealed that Folarin was at an earlier meeting held between Governor Abiola Ajimobi and Alao-Akala at the Government house and that the late night meeting might not be unconnected to the earlier meeting and also to strategize towards today’s meeting scheduled for 10am between Gov. Abiola Ajimobi and aspirants aiming to fly the flag of the All Progressives Congress in Oyo State at next year’s general elections.
As at the time of filing this report, details of the meeting still remain sketchy as call to the phone lines of both Folarin and Kameel were not taken.
