A week after he had disagreement with Governor Abiola Ajimobi over his gubernatorial choice, former governor Adebayo Alao-Akala has obtained the guber forms of the Action Democratic Party, ADP.
He had, a day to the All Progressives Congress, APC, alleged Ajimobi of planning to impose Engr Joseph Tegbe as the party’s candidate for the 2019 election. Ex-deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Oloye Bayo Adelabu, would later clinch the ticket.

The Ogbomoso-born politician, sources told OYO INSIGHT, would defect with other notable members of the APC. An official briefing announcing his defection to the ADP is expected to take place next week.
Sources told this newspaper that only one form was reserved for the state but checks showed that two aspirants have obtained nomination form.
