Baale of Bodija, Rasheed Adeniyi Mofolorunso Akangbe Adesokan, is dead.
The retired captain of the Nigerian Army, according to Kunle Sanni, chairman of the Muslim Community of Oyo State, MUSCOYS, died Saturday, 3rd of Ramadan at the University College Hospital, UCH, Ibadan.
Adesokan, who is the last surviving child of his parents, was the Balogun Mumini of Yorubaland.
He was the first Baale of Bodija, having been installed in 1992. He was a close ally of late Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland, AbdulAzeez Arisekola Alao.
