The news of our party chairman,Honourable Isaac Ajiboye Omodewu’s demise has left me devastated, said Idris Babatunde Lapade, who is vying to contest the bye-election in Ibadan North federal constituency.

According to Lapido, as he is fondly called, “he was a great man. I worked with him when he was commissioner for local government and I was Ibadan North local government chairman, it’s a really sad day.
