The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Step Development Limited, Engr. Aderemi Oseni has described the sudden demise of the former Governor of Oyo State, elder statesman, and virtuous political leader, Chief Adebayo Alao Akala as a colossal loss not only to his immediate family butto the entire people of Oyo State.
In a press release personally signed by him, Engr. Oseni statedthat he received the sad news with great shock and bewilderment.
He described the departed former governor, with whom he had had very beneficial and sincere interactions, as a very sincere, loving, peaceful, passionateand large hearted personality both in conduct and character.
It is therefore no gainsaying that the late Chief Akala’s wise counsel and words of wisdom will be sorely missed by manypeople both within and outside the political circle and by extension the good the people of Oyo State
Engr. Aderemi Oseni, therefore, condoles with the children, wife, extended family members, political allies and the entire people of Oyo State. He prayed that GOD Almighty will grant everyone the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss and that the LORD will hold and protect the rest of the family members especially at this grieving period.
