FG Concludes Two-week Phone Repair Training In Saki

The Federal Government has concluded a two-week capacity building training in information communication technology, ICT.
Facilitated by the Senator AbdulFatai Buhari, who is representing Oyo North senatorial district for a second term, it held inside the premises of The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki, TOPS.
The training which focused phone repairs began on September 30th and ended October 11th, 2019. It was executed by men of the National Information Technology Development Agency and had 400 participants in attendance.
Cash, telephone gadgets and equipment for start ups in phone repair were given to all the participants after the training.
Addressing the participants through his legislative aide, Barr. Afeez Kilani, Buhari who is the vice-chairman of the senate committee on ICT, advised the participants to make judicious use of the training.
This was just as he hinted them that ICT is the future of the world economy, promising that those who wish to benefit from the programme but not yet captured would be accommodated in the subsequent opportunities.
