Alhaji Fatai Ibikunle, personal assistant to late former governor Lamidi Adesina of Oyo State, is 59 today.
Born on 30th December, 1960, Ibikunle, who is the chairman of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission, hails from Lanlate, one of the two towns in Ibarapa East local government area.
Ibikunle, who is well known and connected, especially within the All Progressives Congress, APC, due to his many years of working with Lam-Adesina, attended the Lagos State University, LASU, University of Ibadan, UI, and the Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU.
Between 2011 and 2015, he was special adviser on political matters, a position which exposed him deeply to politicians and decision makers within and outside the state.
