Disrespect Tinubu And I Will Disrespect You – Sunday Igboho Blasts Makinde
Yoruba nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, has vowed to verbally attack anyone who insults or disrespects President Bola Tinubu, warning Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde against making disparaging remarks about the President.
Igboho issued the warning during the inauguration of Iru Ekun in Ibadan, Oyo State, where he criticised Makinde over comments mocking Tinubu’s physical movements.
Describing the governor’s actions, Igboho said Makinde was “jumping like a mad man, like a frog” while questioning whether Tinubu could jump like him.
He also accused Makinde of showing disrespect to an elderly person, adding that the governor’s conduct suggested he had “nothing father at home”.
Igboho questioned why Makinde would compare his physical ability with that of Tinubu, whom he described as an elderly person.
“Zambia ex-president used about 101 years on earth. How old is Tinubu that you are now jumping that he can’t jump like you? You are a shameless person,” Igboho said.
He further declared that he would respond to anyone who abused or disrespected the President.
“Going forward, anyone who abuses Tinubu or disrespects him, I will be disrespecting them,” he said.
Igboho’s remarks come amid political exchanges involving Makinde and Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections.
