The Minister of State for Health, Olorunnimbe Mamora, has disclosed that he is not aware of how or where Governor Seyi Makinde was treated for Coronavirus.
Mamora revealed this while responding to questions on whether Makinde was treated using herbal medicine during the Presidential Task Force briefing on COVID-19, in Abuja on Wednesday.
“I am not aware of what the treatment protocol his Excellency, Oyo State Governor had to test negative.
“I am not even aware of where he was treated. I will even need that information to make a categorical statement,” Mamora said.
OYOINSIGHT.COM had earlier reported how Governor Seyi Makinde announced that he has tested negative for Coronavirus in a statement on his official Twitter account on the 5th of April.
The governor announced that he has tested negative six days after he went into self-isolation and began receiving treatment for coronavirus.
