President Muhammadu Buhari has approved November 1st for the celebration of National Youth Day in the country.
This was revealed by Minister of Youth and Sport affairs, Sunday Dare in a tweet on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Ogbomosho-born politician, the President has again demonstrated his commitment to supporting youth focused policies.
“Today, President Buhari in Council approved November 1st every year as the National Youth Day to celebrate, draw attention to and find solutions to the issues that affect the Youth. Mr. President as again demonstrated his commitment to supporting youth focused policies,” the Minister’s tweet read.
