Oyo State has been thrown into mourning mood again as the permanent secretary of the ministry of public works and transport, Architect Adebowale Balogun is dead.
His death cane few days after Governor Seyi Makinde’s special adviser on infrastructure, Engr. Simiyu James Adepoju, died.
