The lawmaker representing Lagelu/Akinyele federal constituency, who was the candidate of the Action Democratic Party, ADP, during the last National Assembly election in Oyo Central senatorial district has been shot in the eye.
OYO INSIGHT learnt that he was coming from his village where he had gone to exercise his franchise.
One of his aides, who didn’t want name mentioned, said he was shot in the eye and had been to the accident and emergency unit of the University College Hospital, UCH, Ibadan.
