Less than a week after his defection from the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, to his father’s Action Democratic Party, ADP, Hon. Olamiju Alao-Akala, has been suspended from office as executive chairman of Ogbomoso local government.
The defection of Olamiju, who was elected last year, shocked many people, especially members of the APC in the state.
