Congratulatory messages have continued to be sent to the candidate of the Oyo State All Progressives Congress, APC, in next year’s governorship election, Oloye Adebayo Adelabu.
The APC Young Women Forum in a statement by its statement coordinator, Mrs Fatima Hassan-Adeleke said it was happy with the emergence of the 48-year old, adding that the party would win the 2019 election convincingly.
Hasaan-Adeleke, who doubles as the special assistant to Governor Abiola Ajimobi on students matters, advised Adelabu to include more women in his campaign just like Ajimobi has done, explaining that it will ease his electioneering campaign.
While throwing the group’s weight behind Adelabu’s candidature, she said the group has concluded plan to go to major markets to solicit votes for the governorship candidate and the party.
