Ademola Adeleke, new governor of Osun, is absent at the flag off of the second term campaign of ‘Seyi Makinde, governor of Oyo, holding at the Mapo hall today.
Makinde’s aggrieved colleagues in Rivers, Benue, Enugu and Abia, Nyesom Wike, Samuel Ortom, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi and Okezie Ikpeazu are however in attendance.
Before Atiku Abubakar issue, OYOINSIGHT.COM understands that Adeleke and Makinde have not been having it good since the primaries that produced the former as Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship candidate in last year’s election in Osun.
The absence of Adeleke and others like Olajide Adediran (Lagos), Ladi Adebutu (Ogun) could not be disconnected from Makinde’s anti-Atiku stance.
