State secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Oyo State, Mr Wasiu Adeleke, has reacted to the filing of petition by Oloye Adebayo Adelabu of the All Progressives Congress, APC, against the victory of Engr Seyi Makinde of the PDP as the winner of the March 9th governorship election in the state.
OYO INSIGHT had reported how Adelabu and the APC had filed a petition against Makinde’s victory.
Adeleke who explained that there was no cause for alarm because it was glaring from the results across all the five geopolitical zones of the state, said that “Engineer Seyi Makinde won overwhelmingly and polled the highest number of votes and was subsequently declared as the winner.”
