Governor Seyi Makinde led faction of the People’s Democratic Party have suffered another loss as the Court of Appeal has upheld the decision of the Federal High Court that ruled against the National Convention held in Ibadan.

The court held that the Ibadan convention is a clear violation of the party’s constitution.
