Teslim Folarin, candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the 2023 governorship election in Oyo State, today visited the Ila country home of former governor of Osun, Chief Bisi Akande.
The visit coincided with the 5th year remembrance of the wife of former APC national chairman.
The three-term senator representing Oyo central is in the state ahead of tomorrow’s grand finale of the re-election campaign of Gboyega Oyetola, governor of Osun.
Briefing the visibly elated politician, Folarin said efforts have been geared towards reconciling aggrieved members of the party, adding that the results have been positive since they started.
Akande thanked Folarin for the visit, urging him not to relent on reconciliatory move and efforts at uniting party members.
Folarin was accompanied by reps member Olusegun Odebunmi; former police affairs minister, Jelili Adesiyan; former reps member, Paul Oyetunji; former Ibadan North local government chairman, Demola Omotoso, APC youth leader in Oyo central, Akin Akinwale and others.
