In what looks like a consultative meeting, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship candidate in the 2018 Osun election, Ademola Adeleke, on Saturday visited Seyi Makinde, governor of Oyo State, in Ibadan, the state capital.
The meeting, OYOINSIGHT.COM understands, cannnot be disconnected from the 2022 governorship race in Osun.
Being the only governor in the southwest-political zone, Makinde, this newspaper also understands, is seen as the leader of the PDP in Yorubaland.
Adeleke was accompanied by celebrated columnist, Dele Momodu, who recently joined the party.
Momodu would later captured the encounter in a social media post as this:
