Chief Babatunde Ologburo, the Sanmori Adinni of Oyo Land has commended Governor Seyi Makinde for his giant strides and massive interest in the development of Oyo Land.
The community and religious leader in oyo speaking with journalists in Ibadan appreciated the governor of Oyo State for his efforts in ensuring that Emmanuel Alayande College of Education is upgraded to a University of Education.
Chief Ologburo explained that the upgrading of the institution will cause massive growth in the economic drive and upturn of Oyo
He also used the medium to appreciate the Governor for the Multi Million Naira Akesan Modern Market, the 5.25km Idi gedu – Sabo Road, taking over the reconstruction of Oyo – Iseyin which the federal government has abandoned for years, the completion of Awe silo projects amongst other monumental projects of Governor Seyi Makinde in Oyo town
Ologburo added that “Engineer Seyi Makinde has shown peculiar interest towards us in Oyo town, He has given us so much and the recent upgrading of Emmanuel Alayande College of Education to a conventional university of education is another testament to the good works Engineer Seyi Makinde is doing in Oyo town”
The Religious leader said that the infrastructural drive and urban developments that are been concentrated in Oyo town will allow the ancient city reach its full potential and project the glory of Oyo community and her good people to nations of the world.
