The former deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and 2019 governorship candidate of All Progressive Congress in Oyo state, Chief Adebayo Adelabu has congratulated immediate past First Lady of Oyo state, Dr (Mrs) Florence Ajimobi on her birthday.
Adelabu in his birthday message to Mrs Ajimobi released through one of his Media Aides, Femi Awogboro described the wife of late governor Ajimobi as a woman of substance and a passionate lover of women and children who has been a strong voice and a leading light in the advocacy against all forms of sexual abuse and domestic violence against women and children.
“Mrs Florence Ajimobi is an epitome of love and compassion and a woman I can describe as a Mother-general of the Progressive Family in Oyo state. I want to specifically thank you for upholding and building on the legacies of our former leader, late Senator Abiola Ajimobi. Ma, I wish you a very happy birthday and I pray that God will grant you many happy returns of the day in good health and happiness”, Adelabu concluded.
