Popular Ibadan-based Islamic cleric, Alhaji Taofeek Akeugbagold has revealed that one of his Ramadan lecture social media manager, Opeyemi Ibrahim, was the mastermind behind the abduction of his twin children.
OYOINSIGHT.COM recalls that Akeugbagold on Sunday evening disclosed that the mastermind behind the abduction of his kids was a ‘Judas’ close to him.
Akeugbagold, in a post on his Facebook page on Sunday afternoon, revealed that the ‘Judas’ was his Ramadan Facebook page handler.
According to him, he had pencilled down the guy for this year’s pilgrimage to the holy land and also plan to fully sponsor his wedding in December.
He wrote, “Alhamdulillah ! Allah has bear me witness that I worship Him only. This is Opeyemi ibraheem Agbenuso odo a casual worker under me who is handling social media aspects of my Ramadan lecture.”
He added, “He was the betrayer who organised and masterminded the Kidnapping. He so much warmed himself into my heart that till three days ago we do break fast together on the same plate, him only.
“I believe he’s full of wisdom and I penciled him down for HAJJ 2020 with promise to finance his wedding 100% in December. Is it a crime to be nice to an highly talented but jobless young man? He’s to collect N100k for handling my Ramadan lecture social media apart from data; he has collected 25 per cent apart from daily gift. Alhamdulillah for everything.”
