AbdulAziz Yari, former governor and lawmaker representing Zamfara west senatorial district was in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, as Akinjide Kazeem Akinola, treated members of the progressives family to a Sallah party.
Not minding the heavy downpour, party members, supporters, religious as well as community leaders from Egbeda and Ona Ara local government areas thronged Akinola’s country home on the Ife-Ibadan expressway.
An obviously-elated Akinola, who is a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, was full of thanks for the guests, tasking members of the party to go back to their various wards and begin the process of rebuilding the party.
