For the second time in a month, national leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has met leaders of the party from Oyo State.
OYOINSIGHT.COM recalls that the former Lagos governor, together with interior minister and former Osun governor had met Senators Teslim Folarin, Abdulfatai Buhari and Dr. Yunus Akintunde not long ago.
Though details of the meeting were sketchy as at press time, Thursday evening could not be disconnected from ongoing peace move with the rank of the party in the state.
Before and after former governor Abiola Ajimobi’s death, the party has been battling with leadership crisis.
Apart from Akintunde and Engr. Idris Adeoye, Hon. James Faleke, Senator Bashiru Ajibola who were at today’s meeting which held at Tinubu’s Abuja residence, others were Aregbesola, Folarin, Buhari, Hon. Olusegun Odebunmi Bunvic, Alhaji Yunus Akintunde, Hon. Adeyemi Akeem Skimeh, Hon. Akin Alabi, Hon. Jide Olatubosun, Hon. Olumide Ojerinde, Hon. Tolu-Shadipe and Hon. Olu Akintola.
