Hours after he was denied access to speak on Parrot FM and Ajilete FM, both in Ogbomosho town, Engr Seyi Makinde of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has turned his campaign to a street credibility walk.
This is just as he used the occasion to visit the troubled Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH.
Makinde had been billed to speak on the two radio stations but on getting to Ogbomosho this morning, OYO INSIGHT learnt the candidate was asked to do a recorded interview.
“He had arrived earlier this morning. He, together with his entourage were allowed into the premises. He was, however told that the interview will be recorded due to ‘security reason’ and later aired. The programme was paid for by Makinde,” a source who preferred anonymity said.
