Youth corps members, staff of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, as well security officials were surprised to see Oyo State deputy governor, Engr. Raufu Olaniyan, in the NYSC uniform at the permanent orientation camp, Iseyin.
Olaniyan, OYOINSIGHT.COM understands, had come to represent Governor Seyi Makinde, at the opening ceremony of the Batch C (stream one) orientation course.
