An auto accident involving a petrol tanker and a taxi has occurred in Iseyin area of Oyo State at the early hours of Friday.
The accident, eyewitness told Nigerian Tribune, was caused due to the brake failure of the petrol tanker.
Although no life was lost in the accident, the tanker was said to be fully loaded with petrol, while the taxi was said to be taking students to school.
