The Association of Arabic and Islamic Schools in Oyo State has lauded the humanitarian gesture of the Aliko Dangote Foundation for being selected worthy as beneficiary of packaged Rice palliative.
Over three hundred bags of 10 Kilograms of the Rice was allotted to the association through the Muslim Community of Oyo State under the auspicious leadership of its chairman, Alhaji Isiaq Kunle Sanni during the recent distribution of the palliative in Ibadan.
The association gave the commendation in a joint statement issued in Ibadan by the Executive Chairman, Association of Arabic and Islamic Schools in Oyo State, Sheikh Nasirudeen Kharasi-Arikeusola and the Secretary, Sheikh Mohammedu-Jamiu Abdulgafar.
Sheikh Kharasi-Arikeusola confirmed that the grains, which was distributed with transparency and all-inclusive system were redistributed by the association to all its members across the 33 local government areas of the state.
“Aliko Dangote Foundation has done so well for us, we are indeed grateful and we pray Almighty Allah to reward the facilitator bountifully and to replenish the resources expended on the palliative in manifolds”. Arikeusola prays.
He equally gives kudos to the Muslim Community of Oyo State, MUSCOY for its various efforts geared towards uplifting the welfare of the believers, ensuring unity among adherents and working tirelessly for the continued progress of Islam.
In the same vein, the association is showing heartfelt appreciation to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Abiodun Makinde for extending his hands of benevolence to the association during the just concluded Ramadan 1445 A.H.
Sheikh Nasirudeen Kharasi-Arikeusola and other executives of the association acknowledged the good done to the association by gifting it four bags of 50 Kilograms of Rice with sincere appreciation.
They pray for the Governor to always succeed in governance so as to bequeath a lasting legacy
