Accountability, good governance and sincere representation has been described as the hallmark of democratic representation.
This was evident today in Irepo/Olorunsogo/Oorelope Federal Constituency during the handing over to the community, some of the completed projects of the federal lawmaker representing the federal Constituency at the house of Representatives in Abuja Hon. Olumide Abiodun OJERINDE.
The projects which includes 45 Solar street lights and Boreholes (Solar powered). While handling the Solar Street Light over at Igbeti, and kisi, Hon Olumide Ojerinde who was ably represented by his Senior Legislative Aide, Dr. Abayomi Ogunnowo said these projects are just the beginning of many things to come.
“We are in for serious business. We are in to change the narratives. This is just the first batch of projects and that contractors will still move to Olorunsogo and Irepo local government area immediately the installation of the street light is completed. We would not stop bringing good tidings to our people.”
While reacting to the action of the Ojerinde, Mr. Dada James Olasile (APC Vice Chairman representing the Olorunsogo LG APC Chairman) appreciated himhç and urged him not to relent in doing the good work. On his own part Mr. Adelodun Olatunji (Vice Chairman Igbeti-toro) who represented the community Chairman also praised Hon Olumide and urged him to give his works more publicity.
A statement by Mr. Akande Adedokun representative of K.P.U Chairman, said Hon olumide is one in a million, he highlighted efforts of Hon. Ojerinde towards making his constituency a better place. APC party Chairman Irepo Local Government, Alhaji Yekeen Awoyale prayed for Hon Ojerinde and urged him to continue doing the good work.
While taking delivery of Solar Powered borehole in Igboho, the representative of Ifelodun Omo Igboho Chairman, Mr. Badmus Imran Oloyoyo, commended Hon Olumide Ojerinde for providing water for his people at a time like this, when there is scarcity of water.
Oorelope APC Chairman, Alh. Wahab Jisoro also praised Omo Olore and tagged him a worthy ambassador and call for sectional interest in the party to support Hon olumide ojerinde. Deacon Simon Alaba also commended Olumide for the projects and prays for him to be a good ambassador for his constituency.
While handling the key to the community leader, the contractor said the love for the people of this federal Constituency made Hon. Olumide to channel his allowances to this constituency Projects unlike other representatives who divert such allowance into their personal accounts.

Ojerinde), Alhaji Azeez Aderoju represented by Badmus Imran Oloyoyo, Hon. Lord Balogun, Deacon Simon Alaba among others.
