The Igbope community of Orelope local government has sent words of commendations to Governor Seyi Makinde, Speaker Adebo Ogundoyin as well as other stakeholders for the Obaship amendment bill recently passed.
Igbope is one of the four communities in the council areas. Before now, the representative of the LG used to come from quarters in Igboho.
In the amended bill, the representative from the LG would rotate among the four traditional rulers.
