Hussaini Yusuf, popularly known as Ijabah, has resigned his membership of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in his ward 3, Irepo local government of Oyo State.
Ijabah who was runner up to the All Progressives Congress, APC, candidate in the 2023 House of Representatives election in Irepo/Olorunsogo/Orelope federal constituency confirmed this to OYOINSIGHT.COM Sunday night.
RESIGNATION OF MY MEMBERSHIP FROM THE PEOPLE DEMOCRATIC PARTY (PDP)
I wish to formally notify you of my resignation from People Democratic Party (PDP) as card carrying member over the years. This is both in line with the resignation of my political principal and leader (SEN. HOSEA AGBOOLA AYOOLA HALLELUJAH) and in line with my deepest conviction that the PDP I have been part of over the years has lost its ideological values, its desire for victory and most importantly its essence as a political party.
1am sincerely grateful for the meaningful experience and bonds formed within the Trepo, Oorelope and Olorunsogo Federal Constituency party members, especially the leadership, for the unwavering love, friendship, support and opportunities extended to me over the years.
