Members of the Bodija Estate and Environs Muslims Community are in mourning mood as their chairman, Barr. Sadiq Ayoade Raji, is dead.
He died at 75 years old.
Though details of his demise were sketchy as at press time, OYOINSIGHT.COM learnt that he died in the early hours of January 1, 2022.
His remains are prepared for burial billed to take place at UNIFEMGA cemetery, Ile-Igbon, after Olodo, Ibadan between 2 and 5 pm.
A statement by the publicity secretary of the community, Alhaji Bello Shehu, is as follows.

Innaa lillahi wa innaa ileihi raaji’oon إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ … “Surely we belong to Allah and to Him shall we return”
Alhaji S.A Raji has returned back to the mercy of Allah عزوجل. A kind request to all for Duas. May Allah عزوجل out of His immense Fadhal and mercy forgive him,make his grave a garden of paradise and gather him with the pious and righteous in Jannat-ul Firdaus, grant Sabr to all the family and relatives and make it a reminder for all of us so that we can prepare for our leaving this temporal world in a better way. Ameen!!!
Members should converge at our Islamic Centre for Zuhr prayer.
Funeral prayers will be held today, Saturday 1 January After Duhr prayer.
It is kindly requested by all Muslim brothers to attend the janaza prayers and we should be all present for this inshallah.
