Former Oyo State Governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi and Bulama have been inaugurated as deputy national chairman and national secretary of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
At the event were the Deputy National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Victor Giadom; and the APC National Vice Chairman (North West) are among early callers at the APC National Working Committee meeting scheduled for 12 noon.
The NWC had on Monday night scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, to be presided by its national chairman, Adams Oshiomhole.
The announcement of the meeting came a few hours after the President, Muhammadu Buhari approved the postponement of the party’s planned National Executive Committee.
The Court of Appeal in Abuja had on Monday halted the March 4 verdict of the Abuja High Court suspending Oshiomhole as the party’s National Chairman.
A three-member panel of the appeal court led by Abubakar Yahaya ordered a stay of execution of the lower court order.
APC’s spokesperson, Lanre Issa-Onilu, in the statement on Monday night, stated that “important matters concerning the party will be considered and deliberated at the meeting”.
