A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Oyo State, Idris Adeoye has congratulated former First Lady, Florence Ajimobi on her ambassadorial posting to Austria.
Florence, the matriarch of the Ajimobi family was appointed as one of Nigeria’s new Ambassadors by President Bola Tinubu in February.
In a statement on Tuesday, Adeoye, expressed confidence that Ajimobi will deliver the responsibilities of her appointment excellently.
“The news of her posting to Austria is a welcome development. There’s no doubt that she’ll excellently deliver the responsibilities of her diplomatic mandate.
“In fact, I can’t think of a better person to represent Nigeria’s diplomatic affairs in Austria under the current geopolitical climate than her.
“Once again, I congratulate Madam Florence Ajimobi on her appointment. I also congratulate President Bola Tinubu for his excellent decision in appointing her,” the APC Chieftain wrote.
