Olusunbo Olugbemi, who represented Oluyole federal constituency between 2015 and 2019, has just well-wishers who are congratulating the national leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, as he clocks 69.
Olugbemi, in a statement, Tinubu might not be perfect “as all of us are not perfect either before God. However, If I see a good person I know them. Tinubu is a good man with a heart of gold, a man that has a large heart. A man who forgives easily, a man that has affected the lives of severals regardless of region or faith. It is in Lagos State that I had witnessed an Ibo man becoming the commissioner for budget and fiscal planning. When I see somone with great influence, great impact in the lives of severals people I will always continue to applaud and give respect to the fellow.
“BAT is a builder, he has raised champions, captain of industry, billionaires, he has impacted so many lives which I will lose count if I start mentioning names. I have fought severals people back here in the US and back home becuase of Asiwaju. A man with glory must have severals enemies/opposition,
“However we will not relent to educate those opposition, especially our people from the South West/ foreign country how fortunate we are to have somone like BAT which other regions are praying to have such a leader and we that have him do not really appreciate what we have.
“We should let those that are ignorant know how BAT has impacted several lives by giving employment opportunity to several people. As a matter of fact, as of today apart from the almighty God, do we have anybody in South West that is generous and so magnanimous, who has the financial muscle to defend the Youruba race. Olorun maje kope koto yewa. Quite unfortunate that with all the Wisdom, the Education background, our ability, capacity that God has endowed us with in South west, we are still falling prey in the hands of other region that are envious of the gift and blessings that God has blessed us with. However, we will continue to propagate BAT good works until our Purpose is achieved.
