EID: Muslim Schools Proprietors Felicitate Tinubu, S/W Govs

The National Association of Proprietors of Arabic and Islamic Schools, NAPAIS, umbrella body of the Association of Arabic and Islamic Schools, AAIS in the South West states has felicitated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the celebration of Eid-ul Adha, praying Allah to grant him the requisite divine wisdom and guidance to deliver on Renewed Hope agenda for Nigerians.

This is contained in a joint release issued in Ibadan by the AAIS Southwest Acting President, Sheikh Muhammad Jamiu Abdulgafar who is also the National President, NAPAIS, and the Acting General Secretary of the Association, Sheikh Salaudeen Miftau.

The association expressed the belief that the unwavering commitment, strong determination and unceasing vigour with which President Tinubu is working to bequeath a better nation will translate to peaceful, prosperous and unhindered development for the country.

“We rejoice with His Excellency, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on this specially blessed season. We pray to Allah to guide and guard him to succeed in his lofty mission for country”.

While the association recognises the dedication of the President to building all inclusive and prosperous nation, AAIS tasked him to ensure quick economic recovery and and address spiralling inflation in the country.

The association equally extend heartfelt greetings to all South West Governors: Engineer Seyi Makinde of Oyo, Senator Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke of Osun, Prince Dapo Abiodun of Ogun, Chief Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa of Ondo, Dr Biodun Oyebamiji of Ekiti and Mr. Babajide Sanwo-olu of Lagos states for the celebration of the season which epitomes sacrifice, love and obedience to the will of Allah.
AAIS called on the state governors to work assiduously to integrate the South West economies to make life more comfortable for the citizenry.
“Our Governors in the South West are known achievers in their respective states, we are using the season to advise them on delivering more dividends of democracy and good governance, especially in the areas of economy and infrastructure”.
The AAIS also extends Eid greetings to His Eminence, the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar, III with prayers to Allah to always strengthen him for the cause of Islam.
The association equally congratulates the President General, Robitotul Aima, Fadilatu Sheikh Muhammad Jamiu Keeulere and the Muslim Ummah of South West Nigeria, MUSWEN, all proprietors of Arabic and Islamic schools across Southwestern Nigeria and the Muslim Communities in the six South Western states for Allah’s grace to celebrate the Eid-ul Adha in joyous moods.
On the just concluded Delegates Interactive meetings of AAIS at the Central Mosque, Osogbo, Sheikh Abdulgafar and Sheikh Miftau reiterate the call on members to work in unison for the progress and more achievements for the association ahead of the next Congress scheduled to hold in Ibadan, Oyo state on the 28th November, 2024.
