Oyo State Government has released the comprehensive timetable for the School-On-Air program organized for secondary school students in the State.
The release of the timetable was announced by the Oyo State Ministry of Education through is official Twitter account earlier today.
OYOINSIGHT.COM had earlier reported how the Education-In-Emergency program was launched in a bid to serve as an alternative way of learning to students of the state following the order of the Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, that all schools in the state should be shut down till after Easter break when the decision will be reviewed in a bid to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the state.
The classes will be aired on BCOS, Oke Ogun FM, Oluyole FM, and Ajilete FM from Monday to Friday every week.
On Monday, Biology class will be aired as the first class followed by Economics class as the second class.
On Tuesday, Commerce class will hold first in the morning followed by Agricultural Science later in the day.
On Wednesday, the students will be taught Mathematics and English language as the first and second classes respectively.
On Thursday, Chemistry and Government will be taught as the first and second classes respectively.
On Friday which is the last day classes will be held in a week, the students will be taught Physics in the morning and Literature-In-English in the Afternoon.
The time for the first and second classes differ from station to station. On BCOS, the only TV station the program will be aired, the first class will hold from 12:30 to 1:00 pm on Monday and 9:00 to 9:30 am for the rest of the week.
