The Caretaker Chairman of Ibadan East Local Council Development Area, Hon. Abiodun Babalola in conjunction with SAMOVIC Homes and properties under the able leadership of Dr Olukunle Olagunju as part of the efforts to bring relieve to the the people of of the Council Area distributes palliatives to the needy of the Council Area.
Babalola disclosed that the comfort of his people is very important to his administration and that is why the Council took this step in order to curb hunger in the society.
He also advised people of his Council area to adapt with rules and regulations of the government this covid 19 period saying we must not forget social distancing, washing of hands with soap and water regularly,use of face mask and hand sanitizers.
Dr Olagunju the facilitator of the palliatives in his remarks said he took this step to support the administration of Hon. Babalola to make life meaningful and bearable for the indigens of the Council Area during this covid 19 period.
The managing Director of SAMOVIC Properties said more are still coming to bring relief to the people of the Council Area and enjoined everyone to stick to the rules and regulations of Oyo state government to kick against Covid 19 in our society.
Present at the venue of the distribution are PDP political stalwarts, Secretary to the local Council Development Area, Hon. Ismail Akinsola , other caretaker members , Head of Local Government Administration Prince Yinka Adeleye, Director of Education and Social service Mrs O.O Ajao, Community Development Council Chairman Pa Odelade, and Religious Leaders
