The Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland, High Chief Rasidi Ladoja has confirmed the first public appearance of Olubadan designate, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin as he arrives in Ibadan to meet with the kingmakers, Nigerian Tribune reports.
