Members of the APC across the state have showered accolades on a Gubernatorial aspirant of the party, Mogaji Olasunkanmi Tegbe for his support towards the ongoing party Registration.
A party Chieftain in Oyo town, Oye Alamu appreciated Engr Tegbe for providing succour, as he sponsored passport photographs across the state, to support the party. Also, Mr Soliu Azeez from Saki noted the consistent support of the Ibadan Mogaji to the party across the state.
Mr Sola Harris, a party stakeholder from Tegbe’s ward said “Mogaji Tegbe is a man who we look up to. He has supported the party and the community, countless times and we are grateful.
In a related development, Tegbe, accompanied by his wife, relatives and a host of supporters revalidated his membership of the party at his Labo home in Ibadan. Party faithfuls and community stakeholders across the 12 wards of Ibadan South East local government gathered at Labo area to solidarize with the Mogaji, who they described as a shining light of their community and the state at large.
Speaking shortly after filling the membership register, Mogaji Tegbe noted that the exercise offered the party an opportunity to consolidate on its reconciliation exercise and expand its membership base. He urged current and returning APC members to revalidate their membership and appealed to progressive minded individuals to seize the opportunity to become full-fledged party members in order to drive the change craved for in the society. He noted that efforts were in top gear to bring in people of value to strengthen the APC ahead of the 2023 Polls.
